Qdrant 实测 SHIFT 方法在多语言 RAG 中的召回收益与代价

Qdrant 使用 intfloat/multilingual-e5-small 实测 SHIFT，在 XRAG 上将整体 Recall@10 从 0.195 提升至 0.297，但同语言召回有所下降。
